FAQs
What accommodations are available?
You can find more information on recommended accommodations, including a hotel block, on the Accommodations page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!
What are the addresses for the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception?
The entire weekend’s shenanigans will be located at Apple Blossom Resort, 10780 Kruger Rd., New Buffalo, MI 49117.
What time does everything start?
The schedule of events can be found on the When & Where page. Please note that all times are in Eastern Standard Time. We know…we almost forgot, too!
What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?
Casual-chic. No need for a full-on suit or anything too stuffy, but please leave your cargo shorts (and t-shirt hoodies) at home. Think summer garden party: flowy sun dresses and lightweight linens.
What is the dress code for the Wedding Day?
We can’t wait to dance the night away with our nearest and dearest. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire!
Can you be more specific? What do you mean by cocktail attire?
A dress shirt and tie or a suit if you want to look extra sharp, and midi/knee length dresses. (Ladies, feel free to wear a snazzy suit or dressy separates, as well.)
Most importantly, we want you to feel like you’re lookin’ gooood.
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your little ones, our wedding reception will be an adult-only affair, with the exception of our little monsters and fairies that belong to . Thank you for understanding!
How do I RSVP?
Click the pink RSVP button at the top of the page and complete the form. Please RSVP by May 17. We can’t wait to see your RSVPs roll in!
What’s the deal with the Welcome Party?
Floating apps. Hot jams. Poolside. Think MTV spring break with Carson Daly (but classy).
We just want to hang out all weekend with our favorite people. All are welcome!
What should I do if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We don’t want you to stress about food! There will be a question on your RSVP to share with us your dietary needs and preferences.
Is this an unplugged wedding?
No, we want to see all the memories you capture of our new favorite day!
But please be mindful of our photographer Mo, and please don’t block the aisle during the ceremony. We want to see each other’s dumb, smiling faces (let’s be real, Dan will be crying).
Will transportation to the venue be provided?
